The villa is primarily on one level and arranged around an interior Arabesque-style courtyard featuring a fountain, palm trees, and a covered gallery. The southern part houses the main living areas, including a gourmet kitchen, formal and informal dining rooms opening onto a covered terrace, while the northern section accommodates the guest quarters.
Guest accommodations include two bedroom suites, two additional en-suite bedrooms, and a self-contained staff apartment. A tower houses a guest en-suite bedroom with access to a large chill-out terrace offering breathtaking sea views.
Interior amenities include an indoor heated pool, gym, and a TV/cinema room. Externally, the villa boasts tropical gardens, a large swimming pool, a gazebo, a covered BBQ area with sitting and dining spaces, and direct access to the beach.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Best holiday we’ve ever had!!
Can’t beat this place if you want to be right by the beach! We were just a short drive from Marbella, but honestly, we barely left the villa. The outdoor space is perfect-huge pool, tropical gardens, and lots of comfy seating. Loved every minute of it!

A dream come true!!!
This villa is pure paradise! We spent a week here with friends, and it was everything we hoped for. Waking up to those sea views was unreal, and having direct beach access was a game changer! The pool area was gorgeous, and the outdoor BBQ space made dinners extra special. Honestly, can’t wait to come back!!

Perfection!!
A very nice villa, enjoyed the stay there, the housekeeper is nice and helpful, the garden could benefit from more flowers /flowering shrubs planted around the borders. having said that I would recommend this villa. Infinity pool with direct access to the beach. I highly recommend this villa.

We throughly enjoyed staying at this villa in Marbella. It was fully equipped with all the amenities. So much space and such clean facility. The Pool was amazing and the gym room was so awesome we were actually able to do a Nia Class in there. Would definitely go back here. Excellent service and amazing villa

The best holiday
From the moment my good friend phoned me with an invitation to stay at a Spanish villa with her and three other girlfriends for a week, I said YES! Sounded like a once in a lifetime adventure. We were met at the villa by a lovely woman who was to show us around. I was completely blown away by this place. Secured behind electric gates we made our way down the private road. Opening the front door, directly ahead was the most gorgeous view of the sea with direct access to the beach from the garden and pool area. And it just got better from there. How to choose who got what bedroom? All with private balconies overlooking the same sea. A state of the art kitchen, beautiful cozy sitting rooms, gym with exercise equipment, table tennis. But I must say, the best part of the home was the infinity pool, surrounded by comfy lounge chairs. We five found ourselves most often out there, in the morning with coffee and the sunrise, and in the evenings with tapas, wine and candles, watching the sunset. What wonderful memories I will have for a long long time of our meaningful deep connections we made with each other at this magical place.

A huge thank you for a wonderful stay at a home away from home. I feel very privileged to have been a guest at this beautiful villa. The villa was way beyond anything I expected and I still can’t believe what a lovely place a home away from home was for our visit. What a fabulous week we had. It couldn’t have been a more perfect place for us all. Happy memories will be with me until my next visit. A home away from home is so much more than a ‘Luxury villa’. It far exceeds anything you will ever find in the rental market. The owners have thought of everything that you could possibly need and MORE. Only wish we could have stayed another week to relax more at a home away from home after our days out exploring the history and food southern Spain.
