This modern villa in El Rosario accommodates up to 12 guests with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The property features a spacious living area, a separate studio apartment, and a heated pool surrounded by tropical gardens, ideal for families seeking a lavish getaway just a short drive from Marbella.
The villa is built over three floors. The main house includes three bedrooms on the ground floor-one with a large en-suite bathroom and two sharing another spacious bathroom. The master bedroom is located on the top floor with a large en-suite bathroom, storage room, and private terrace. The fifth bedroom is on the lower level next to the games room and has no window. The separate self-contained studio apartment at the rear of the garden can accommodate two additional guests or a nanny.
The living room features a fireplace, dining table, and access to a beautiful terrace. The lower level includes a flat-screen TV with a game console, English Sky TV, a table tennis area, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Terrace doors open directly onto the private garden.
Outside, the heated swimming pool (approx. 9x5 m) includes a walk-in shallow end, ideal for children. The fenced pool area adds extra safety, and the surrounding tropical gardens create a serene atmosphere. Children will enjoy the swing and slide, while adults can relax in the covered BBQ terrace with dining table and sink.
The property also features a large garage for 4 cars and additional driveway parking.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The garden made us feel like we were in a resort-palm trees, flowers, and so peaceful. Spent most days by the pool and evenings around the BBQ. Inside, everything was spotless and super modern. Extra points for the giant garage too-parking was a breeze.
