A welcoming hall leads to the living room, two guest bedrooms, or the kitchen and master bedroom. The living area is spacious with sofas, armchairs, a flat-screen TV, fireplace, and a low coffee table. An elegant dining area features a Victorian dining table with seating for 8 and opens onto the terrace through sliding glass doors.
The master bedroom includes a 180cm bed, dresser, small sofa, flat-screen TV, wardrobe, and glass door access to the garden, with a fully equipped ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and large wardrobes, while the third bedroom has two single beds and spacious wardrobes. Both guest bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub and jacuzzi shower cabin.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice machine, freezer, vitro ceramic hob, toaster, and all necessary utensils. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Very cozy house that stood to our expectations. Could have been lit modernized (barbecue, outdoor furniture) Also, have some smell from the one bathroom (sewage) But we are very pleased with the house and the area, and a reliable landlord.

A lovely villa
We loved the villa. Really spacious and plenty of space for small children to run around. Good choice of restaurants within walking distance or just 10 mins easy drive to central Marbella. Would go back.
