Located just fifty yards from the sea and dunes, it is a 10-minute drive from Marbella and Puerto Banus. The ground floor features an elegant foyer with high ceilings and circular windows leading to a spacious living room with fireplace, a separate dining area, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Adjacent storage and laundry rooms provide convenient access to a small patio. All ground-floor rooms open onto a large covered terrace.
The master suite on the ground floor includes a walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi, and a private lounge with fireplace and TV. Another double bedroom with en-suite bath is located behind the kitchen, suitable for staff or guests. A staircase and lift connect all three levels of the villa.
The first floor houses four additional double bedroom suites, each with a walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi, and access to the spacious upper terrace offering panoramic views of the dunes, beach, and sea.
The basement features a discotheque with bar and wine cellar, gym, Turkish bath, and cinema room. The property includes marble flooring throughout, underfloor heating, air conditioning (excluding the kitchen), and an alarm system with video entry phone. An underground garage accommodates 5-6 cars with direct lift access. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This home is a haven of opulence by the sea. The master suite's Jacuzzi and the terrace with panoramic views were highlights. The discotheque and cinema room in the basement were perfect for family fun. A heartfelt thank you to the staff and property manager for their exceptional service!

Perfect!
The housekeeper hospitality is beyond expectations. We were greated with a great welcome pack after the airport transfer services. The villa is beautiful, very clean with all the comforts of home. The outdoor space is private, pool sparkling, and gardens beautiful. The location gives you expansive views of the sea with direct access to the beach. It was very hard to leave, and look forward to my next visit.

Beautiful villa in a perfect location
Last Friday we came back from a one-week stay at this holiday home in sunny Marbella. What a splendid week we had! The accommodation exceeded our expectations. The entire property smelled fresh and was very clean, making us feel instantly at home. Every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. The beds are excellent, and the showers are perfect. The garden is meticulously maintained and beautiful, offering every opportunity to enjoy the sunny climate of the Costa del Sol. This is a holiday destination we hope to return to soon.

A lovely holiday experience in a truly magnificent villa
We stayed at this holiday spot 2 weeks in May and had a really enjoyable stay, many thanks to the beautiful villa with all its lovely qualities and the great follow-up and hospitality we received from the housekeeper. The check-in and check-out procedures were easy and smooth, free airport transfer and a great welcome pack available on our arrival. The villa was spotless upon arrival - as it also was after the cleaning and laundry service daily during our stay. The villa's high qualities are sustained throughout - including the very nice interior decoration and amenities, the lovely terraces, the beautiful and well-kept garden and not at least the fantastic swimming pool. The outdoor barbecue was frequently used in the evening.
