Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Just returned from a fantastic stay at this retreat. The housekeeper was there to meet us at the villa after great communication on the lead up to our break away. He showed us everything we needed to know and explained how things all worked. The villa has everything you could need for our group.

Great villa for a holiday
The house was lovely, very airy, light and spacious. It was very clean. I really liked that every room had an en-suite bathroom and a lot of closet space. We enjoyed our time spent in the villa and by the lovely pool. The kitchen was well equipped. The beach was quite close and the area around the house was quiet and very private. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back as well as recommend this property to our friends.

My family and I have stayed in the villa for 14 days. We are very pleased. The villa was amazingly beautiful. Large and spacious kitchen. large nice bedrooms with private bathrooms. Fantastic patio, where we spent most of the time. The pool was absolutely superb. Short distance to the beach, which was very nice. Super service by Dragos and his colleagues. We enjoyed 2 weeks at this villa in May. Good things are , the excellent pool, very spacious rooms, very good bedding and bath towels, good support from Dragos, proximity to the beach, good outdoor space, good views from the upstairs balcony and bedroom and prompt return of deposit, Some furnishings are looking tired and not as pristine as the photographs.
