Set on a 500 m² plot, the villa offers a spacious outdoor area with a corner lounge sofa, four sunbeds, a large slumber bed, and a dining area for eight. A gas BBQ and additional seating make it perfect for al fresco dining, all complemented by beautiful sea views. The gated entrance includes space for a small car.
The master bedroom includes a double bed and the option for two extra sleeps on a sofa bed (extra charge). The ensuite bathroom has a sink, shower, and toilet. Two additional bedrooms with double beds (convertible to singles) share a bathroom, with one having direct pool access. The fourth bedroom also has a double bed and pool access. The pool measures 8x4 m.
The open-plan kitchen and living area are bright and spacious, with folding doors that fully open to connect the indoor and outdoor spaces seamlessly.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
