The villa is spread over three floors. The upper floors include two studios, each with one bedroom, one bathroom, a private kitchen, and terraces. The ground floor features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room with access to the garden. An additional bedroom with a private bathroom is located on the first floor. Bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, with beds at least 180x200 cm; three bedrooms can be divided into two single beds. Bathrooms include showers, bathtubs, or both.
Set on a 1,000 m² plot, the villa provides a private pool measuring 5x10 m (depth 1.75-2.20 m) and parking spaces for three cars. The beautifully maintained garden and terraces offer plenty of privacy and space to relax.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Each room felt like its own little retreat, and the garden gave off total zen vibes. We grilled most nights and ate outside, listening to the waves. The views from the upper floor were stunning at sunset!

Relaxed luxury by the sea
The house was clean, bright, and super comfortable. Gorgeous garden and the pool was the perfect temperature. We didn’t need a car much-everything was nearby, and being so close to the beach made it easy to come and go with the kids.

You really can’t beat the location-literally steps from the beach! We had coffee on the terrace every morning with a sea breeze and spent afternoons lounging by the pool. The villa is super spacious and ideal for a big group like ours.
