Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We came as two small families, six of us total, and this house worked better than expected. Loved how peaceful the area felt, no noise at night, and the terrace became our favorite spot for long dinners after the kids were asleep. The pool was warm enough for morning swims, and the BBQ made things super easy. We used the kitchen a lot, and having supermarkets close by helped. One day we did the Timanfaya trip, another we spent at Playa Grande, and a few evenings we went into Puerto del Carmen for tapas. Everything felt clean and well-kept, and check-in was smooth. Great stay overall and would totally return.

Great villa
Spent a week here with friends and honestly felt right at home. We’d start the day with coffee outside, kids jumping straight into the pool. The kitchen made cooking super easy, and we often ate outside with the breeze coming through. Location was ideal - quiet at night but close enough to hit Puerto del Carmen for dinner or drive to Timanfaya early before the crowds. The bedrooms were comfortable, especially after long days out walking the trails or visiting Cueva de los Verdes. Solid Wi-Fi, clean bathrooms, and enough space for everyone.

Loved the mix of quiet nights and quick access to the island
We were four adults and two teens, and the layout worked perfectly. Kids had their own twin rooms, while we enjoyed the master. Pool was spotless, and the open-plan living area made it easy to hang out together. We’d grab groceries from the supermarket nearby and head to the beach in just a few minutes. Really chilled stay.

Splendid villa
From the moment we made contact with the villa agency they provided us with a great service. They were able to answer all our queries in a very timely manner and gave us so much more information in order to enable us to choose this villa. We are so glad that we did. The property was easy to find with the directions given. We found the manual which gave lots of very useful information about the villa and the surrounding areas and once we had read this we were really starting to feel the holiday had started.

Great relaxing holiday
Great location up on the hill over looking the sea, nice clean villa with everything needed for a great holiday. I would recommend a car due to location. It’s only a 5 min drive into the centre of Puerto Del Carmen but would be a difficult walk. Pool was great

Beautiful villa with lovely private outside area
Beautiful villa, lots of space for all our needs! Pool area is very private and is a real sun trap! The villa was very clean. Location is perfect to the high street with bars, restaurants and a supermarket, and the beach is only a 10 minute taxi ride. We found ourselves wanting to stay in by the pool though as we loved it so much. Perfect for two people and I imagine up to 6 could have a really great time. If I return to Lanzarote I will definitely stay here again.
