Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We spent a full week here as a group of eight and honestly the house made the holiday. The layout over two levels meant we never felt crowded, and having two ensuite rooms plus two extra bathrooms was a massive bonus. Mornings usually started with coffee on the panoramic terrace while deciding which beach to try next. We did Playa Grande twice, then another day walked the whole promenade just stopping for snacks. The agency arranged an early check-in for us, so we dropped our bags and went straight out exploring. The heated pool, shaded seating and the garden made staying in just as enjoyable as going out. Would happily return.

A great pick for families who want space and views
We were 3 couples with two teens and the house worked perfectly. Everyone liked having their own corner, especially with the annexe downstairs giving extra privacy. Most afternoons we sat by the heated pool while the kids played around the garden. One day we visited Timanfaya and the property manager helped us book a last-minute slot, which was actually super helpful. Evenings were usually spent on the top terrace watching the lights of Fuerteventura. It felt calm, clean, and well taken care of, exactly what we needed after busy months at home.

Sea breeze mornings
We stayed here as a family of six and honestly loved waking up to those ocean views every day. The terrace wrapped right around the place, so we kept moving chairs just to try different angles. The heated pool came in handy when evenings got cooler and the whole stay felt super easygoing.

Perfect from start to end!
I would highly recommend this travel agency. Website really easy to use and very detailed information on each of the villa' s. Good photos too. Correspondence we received prior to holiday was very detailed and easy to understand. Free Welcome pack and airport transfer available. The villa was amazing! Spotlessly clean. Didn't want to come home! Our best ever holiday.....worth every penny.
