The villa is accessed via 16 steps leading up to the spacious grounds. The fully fitted kitchen and dining area, filled with natural light from a skylight and pool-facing window, opens to a shower room, back terrace with washing machine, and hallway. The open-plan lounge features exposed wooden beams, a plant-filled rock jardiniere, and typical Canarian décor, with patio doors leading to the pool terrace. The front terrace provides additional seating under a pergola with wicker armchairs.
Downstairs, there is a twin bedroom overlooking the back terrace, a double bedroom with access to the front terrace, a second twin bedroom with decorative headboard and porthole windows, and a bright shower room with walk-in shower, double sink basin, WC, and bidet. Built-in wardrobes provide ample storage throughout the ground floor bedrooms.
A staircase leads to the upper level, where a gallery includes a second lounge and reading area with panoramic sea views. A light double bedroom with en-suite shower room, decorated headboard, and sliding door wardrobes completes the upper floor.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

We have just returned from a week at the house and we had a fantastic stay. As a family we have.been visiting PDC for over 30 years and this has to be one of the best Villas we have stayed in. Spotlessly clean, large plot and in a great location. and fantastic communication with Tirso ~ we will be back!

Fabulous villa
The villa is beautiful, very well equipped, great terrace areas. The pool is perfect size to cool off and play around in. The communication with Tirso was excellent from the first enquiry up to arrival. We had no issues with the villa.

A wonderful holiday in a beautiful villa
Great villa for a family meet-up. Although in town the garden and pool gave a feeling of complete privacy. The bedrooms were a good size and the kitchen was kitted out well. I would thoroughly recommend the villa for a large family getaway. It ticks all the boxes. The maintenance and cleaning staff were fantastic and could not do enough, lovely people. Many thanks for a great holiday, villa was great, we would book again.

The villa is spectacular, its fully equipped with anything you could possibly need and Maria are beyond helpful with the booking terms & condition. I have never felt more welcome on a holiday and was blown away by the accommodation and location. Lovely villa with great view and great location
Being a group of 8, we rented the entire villa for a week. Everything matched the description from the rental site we used. The view was spectacular, as was the house. The pool was much appreciated (heated and good size).We would definitely recommend this villa or one of its apartments to others wanting to visit Fuerteventura!
