Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We have stayed in many villas in the Lanzarote area and this is certainly one of the best. Every comfort was provided along with lots of things that are not normally included in a holiday rental. The location is perfect for us. The pool was lovely and warm, there was a huge variety of TV programmes and the Internet connection first class. Can't wait to return.

Amazing location !!!
This is definitely a very nice villa with a perfect location ! The bedrooms are large and the furnishing are good. The pool was kept very warm by the heater and the jacuzzi is great. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores.I would recommend this villa to anyone. Thanks again for renting to us !

Lovely property in great location
Everything about the booking was very smooth - from the confirmation to the key handover by Caroline - nothing seemed too much trouble to request. The property itself is very nice and has a great location overlooking the small harbour and sea. A nice pool and lots of areas to sunbathe. Puerto del Carmen is also well placed along the coast - we had several day trips, both north and south and the central location worked well for us. Hope to see you again soon.
