Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Stayed here with another couple and our little ones, and the setup worked so well. We appreciated being able to walk to the beach without hauling the car, and the kids loved having their own pool time before heading out. The villa felt clean and modern, with a bright kitchen where we prepped lunches before heading to Playa Grande. One day we joined a diving intro session nearby, another we took the kids for tapas in the old town. Evenings in the courtyard were super chilled, grilling seafood and watching the city lights. Easy, comfortable, and totally stress-free family holiday.

Great home base for exploring Puerto del Carmen
We spent a full week here and honestly enjoyed every day. Woke up to sea views, had slow breakfasts on the balcony, and headed out to the beach whenever the kids wanted a swim. Evenings were split between cooking in the villa and trying local tapas bars. The courtyard felt private and safe, which mattered for us with younger kids running around. Bedrooms had AC, Wi-Fi was solid, and the living room was a good hangout after long days out. Perfect location to check out Timanfaya and do a bit of snorkeling too.

Bright place with such a nice family vibe
We stayed here with our kids and loved how easy everything felt. The beach was a short walk, pool was always clean, and mornings on the balcony looking at the ocean were the best. AC in the bedrooms saved us on hot days. Super comfy stay overall.

Best holiday
This villa is truly amazing, I highly recommend for a family holiday. We have stayed in Puerto del Carmen for the last 5 years or so and this is the best villa by far that we have ever rented. As a family we are 4 adults and 2 children, (1 toddler and 1 baby) everything was taken care of, the cot, the stair gates we could not have asked to be looked after better.

Truly amazing!
This was our second visit to this seaside retreat as a family. It was absolutely perfect for us, every thing was perfect even the weather! So much so that we have booked again for next year as the villa and Puerto del Carmen suits us all down to the ground. We highly recommend this villa.
