Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We had a perfect vacation at the holiday home in Son Bou. Everything was better than expected. The city Son Bou was very nice and beautiful. Son Bou offers lots of activities for families and beautiful sites that you can visit. The villa had everything we wanted like, big and comfortable suites and bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a nice living room and terrace where we could relax and a big pool to cool off from the heat of the sun. Thank you for everything and we will visit you again very soon.

Excellent stay in Son Bou
We have just returned from 2 weeks holiday in Son Bou, and this villa was perfect. This recommendation is on behalf of two families; four adults and four children in the age between 8 and 12. The house itself was beautiful, and so it’s surroundings and view. The pool area was very nice and private, the kids loved it. Inside, we had everything we needed, and more. A well equipped kitchen left us with many options to cook our own food. We certainly recommend this villa, and the host of the house could not be more service minded and helpful.

Perfect villa
Our family (4 adults and 3 children) have spent wonderful 10 days in this villa. The owners were very pleasant and helpful. Villa is very beautiful, big pool, beautiful view, safe and comfortable conditions. We found everything what we were expected for and even more. We stongly reccommend this villa for our friends.
