This stylish villa comfortably accommodates 8 guests, featuring a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a twin bedroom, and two single bedrooms. The open-plan living area is bright and colorful, with a cozy fireplace and a compact, well-equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has patio doors opening onto a raised covered terrace with a BBQ area, perfect for alfresco dining, with steps leading down to the 8 x 5 m heated pool surrounded by lush gardens and palms overlooking the sea.

The villa has a private off-road parking area for your hire car, with a gated pedestrian entrance if you park on the street. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Perfect Holiday!
This luxury retreat is amazing! Firstly - the views - stunning! The home is luxurious. The facilities both inside and outside the property are excellent and high quality, with eating areas in sun and shade in a lovely garden with a BBQ. The pool is beautiful, and the views while swimming are quite magical! The service arrangements for both the home and pool were first class. The kitchen is well-stocked. The property is in a lovely location. There are a range of tavernas, bars, and restaurants from locals. The local beach is beautiful and swimming is safe. What a wonderful, peaceful holiday with no worries!
