The accommodation comprises five well-appointed bedrooms and four bathrooms across two floors. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms sharing a shower room. The first floor features a master bedroom with queen-size bed, chaise longue sofa, TV, and stunning sea views, as well as a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and private terrace access overlooking the coast. All bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning and stylish furnishings to ensure maximum comfort.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our group of friends had a relaxing getaway at this seaside retreat. The villa's sleek design and spacious bedrooms were both modern and comfortable. The sea views from the first-floor master bedroom and private terrace were breathtaking. We enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen for cooking together and lounging in the chill-out area on the terrace. Thanks to the villa's proximity to the beach, we had an amazing time exploring the beautiful Son Bou.
