The villa's interior is spread over three levels. The main floor features an open-plan living room and kitchen, complemented by a separate utility room that opens onto the outdoor dining terrace with fixed awnings for shaded summer meals. Two twin bedrooms are also on this floor; one with a separate bathroom off the hallway, and the other slightly larger with an en-suite bathroom and terrace access.
The first floor houses two master bedrooms, each with breathtaking sea views and private terraces. The first master includes a double bed and an en-suite bathroom designed in an open space allowing panoramic views while maintaining privacy. The second master features a double bed, walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, and terrace with equally spectacular sea views. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs, hair dryers, air conditioning, and safes in the master suites.
The lower level near the pool includes a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a separate bathroom, and a terrace with sun loungers and parasols. This space can serve as a guest room, staff room, playroom with PlayStation, or a quiet retreat for reading and relaxation. The garden also includes a children's play area with mini-golf, volleyball net, and space for other games.
The villa's exterior is beautifully landscaped with gardens and flower beds. Steps from the main entrance lead directly to the pool, offering a perfect spot for relaxation and sunbathing. While the villa is flat inside, it is not wheelchair accessible.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our time at this hideaway was filled with spectacular sea views. The villa's three floors provided comfort and convenience, especially the master bedrooms with en-suites and private terraces. It's a Mediterranean-style haven just a short walk from Son Bou beach. The outdoor play area and mini golf added extra fun to our stay.

Perfect Family Getaway
This getaway is the perfect family getaway. With a play area for the kids and just a short stroll from Son Bou beach, it suited our needs beautifully. The villa's Mediterranean style and spacious design created a real summer feel. The outdoor terrace with awnings made alfresco dining a treat. Our stay at this seaside retreat was pure Mediterranean bliss. With stunning sea views from every room, it was a wellness retreat for our souls. The open kitchen and outdoor dining terrace made summer meals a delight. The villa's three floors offered space and privacy for everyone.
