Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

very nice and confortable villa
The Pool is great and refreshing, it is perfect to swim in the morning (and also the whole day) Congratulations to this place, it is really one of the best Villas in the area! We stayed in different houses throw the last years on the Island of Menorca but this one was really fantastic for us.

Amazing holiday!
This charming accommodation provided everything we needed for our stay and had an ideal layout for 2 families. It was spotlessly clean both inside and out. The staff were very friendly and helpful; nothing was too much trouble for them. Allowing us to help ourselves to the fruit and vegetables in the garden was an added bonus-the tomatoes were delicious! We had never used this travel agency before and were very impressed with the service, the friendliness of the representative, and the information folder provided at the home to make our holiday so enjoyable. The 3 children, aged between 10 and 15, enjoyed the pool table and table tennis. The main shopping and restaurant area of Son Bou is a 20-minute stroll from the property, with the beach a further 5 minutes, but there is a well-stocked supermarket just a 5-minute walk away, and the land train and bus stop nearby take you directly to the resort. We would recommend both this home and this travel agency for the level of service and high standard of accommodation, and would definitely stay there again when we return to Minorca.

GORGEOUS villa
The villa was lovely, very bright and clean with good amenities. The highlight was the pool which had water jets and a waterfall type feature at one end as well as stairs in so it was easy to access - the pool made the holiday for my son (and me if I am being honest). We booked our trip to Menorca couple of months in advance, the booking process was easy and the directions and entrance instructions were spot on. The day after arrival we were visited by the rep and she was very friendly and helpful.

absolutely beautiful!
The villa was almost new, so was obviously in good order as expected and described on the website. The villa is absolutely beautiful, lovely decor and the facilities are great. Thank you very much to the owner for the lovely veg & herb garden, what a pleasure to be able to pick your own fresh veg, even though we caught the end of the season there was an abundance of tomatoes & green peppers.
