Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We had a fabulous holiday at this stylish property . The villa is first class and has everything you need for a fantastic holiday. We have 2 small children and found the villa to be great! Fabulous pool, much bigger than ever had on previous costa blanca, lots of areas for kids to play! The villa is in a great location for walking to the supermarket and local amenities. Quiet location which was really peaceful at night sitting out on the terrace. Thoroughly recommend this villa and we will definitely be re-booking another holiday! Amazing holiday - thank you !

Fantastic villa
The stay is a truly amazing villa!! We stayed here for two weeks with our two children and we had the most wonderful holiday. It is a home away from home with everything that you could possibly want in a villa. Our teenager loved the wi if and our son loved the X Box. The pool is fantastic and we enjoyed many hours of fun there every day. The villa is in a great location. You are only a 7 minute walk to the shopping centre. I would highly recommend this villa as it is so well equipped and in such a peaceful location, you are guaranteed a great holiday!
