The villa is arranged over four levels to maximize its elevated position. The ground floor hosts an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, illuminated by large glass doors that open onto the terrace and infinity pool. The sleek kitchen is fully equipped with a cooking island, breakfast bar, oven, dishwasher, induction hobs, microwave, coffee machine, and large fridge/freezer, providing everything needed for culinary enjoyment. The dining area seats eight guests, while the terrace includes a separate alfresco dining space with mini outdoor kitchen and grill. The infinity pool (5 x 14 m, depth 1.1-2.1 m) features a jacuzzi section, surrounded by sun loungers, parasols, and a dedicated sunbathing deck.
The first floor includes the exquisite master suite with kingsize bed, terrace access, walk-in dressing room, and deluxe ensuite with freestanding bath and walk-in shower. An additional double bedroom with terrace and ensuite, along with a home office, are also located on this level. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
