Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our group of ten enjoyed a characterful retreat at the accommodation. The tasteful renovation, original character, and spacious terrace with a large private pool created a delightful atmosphere. The proximity to Arenal Beach and the promenade made it a convenient and enjoyable stay.

Fantastic holiday and place to stay
date of visit. June. just returned home after a wonderful stay at this stylish property in Costa Blanca and we are so sad to leave. Is a magnificent holiday villa with great facilities. I would say this is the best area to stay as you are so close to everywhere and can walk. The beach is one of the nicest ones we've been too We definitely will be going back.
