Perched on an impressive cliff in Javea, this spectacular villa comfortably accommodates 8-10 guests. From every corner of the house, enjoy panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. The villa features a chlorine pool measuring 16 x 9 metres, with depths ranging from 1.4 to 3 metres, as well as an outdoor shower - the ideal setting for sun-soaked days and refreshing swims. The terrace, equipped with 6 sun loungers, invites you to relax and watch boats glide across the sparkling waters, or enjoy a delightful barbecue while admiring the unforgettable sunset.
Spanning 780 m² across 5 floors with elevator access, this luxurious property is fully equipped with air-conditioning throughout. The main floor offers an open-plan space combining the living room, dining area, and modern kitchen. Relax in the living room, read a book, or watch satellite TV, while the large dining table comfortably seats 10 for memorable family meals. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, and all necessary utensils and appliances. A laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board adds convenience.
The villa's bedrooms are spread across multiple floors, each with a double bed and direct terrace access with panoramic sea views. Three bedrooms feature walk-in closets, while one includes a wardrobe. The 5 bathrooms are distributed across the property, all with showers, and one with a hydro-massage bathtub. Three bathrooms are en-suite. The layout includes an en-suite bedroom on the main floor; a toilet and two en-suite bedrooms on the -1 floor; and on the -2 floor, a fourth en-suite bedroom, an independent bathroom, a toilet, and a wine cellar. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
stayed here for 5 nights & didn’t wanna leave. slept like a baby, swam every morning, wine at sunset on the terrace… u get the vibe. the place is spotless & huge, and being tucked away in the park made it feel super private. one of the best holidays i’ve had in ages.

Quiet, relaxing, and so stylish
Stayed here with the fam for a week and it was just what we needed. Clean, modern, and peaceful. The trails nearby were perfect for morning walks and we even did the hike to Granadella Castle. So worth it. The beach was super close and we rented kayaks one afternoon-so fun. Would def come back again!

Dream house in a stunning location
What an amazing spot. Honestly, the photos don’t even do it justice. The house is massive and beautifully designed - we were 2 families and never felt on top of each other. Mornings on the terrace with coffee watching the boats go by... can’t beat it. Big shoutout to the agency too - they made the whole booking process super easy and even helped us set up a wine tasting night. Loved that!

Loved every minute - perfect for our group trip
We were a group of 8 friends and the place was exactly what we needed. Huge, modern, spotless, and those views from every room?? Unreal. Everyone had their own space, the kitchen was a dream to cook in, and the outdoor BBQ spot became our fave hangout. The villa team helped us with a smooth check-in and even gave us great local tips. Such a smooth and lovely stay!

this villa blew us away!! those cliffside sea views?? unreal. we spent hours just staring at the water from the terrace, felt like a dream. the pool was huge and super clean, and the sunsets? chef’s kiss. 10/10 for relaxation.
