The open-plan living and dining area provides a bright, airy space with views over the Mediterranean gardens. The modern kitchen includes filtered water, oven, hob with extractor, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge-freezer. All windows have mosquito nets and blinds or curtains.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Stayed here with the fam for a week and honestly didn’t wanna leave. the kitchen had everything (filtered water was a plus), and we grilled outside almost every night. loved that it’s close to Granadella beach - went there twice for snorkeling. plus, the agency helped us set up an anniversary dinner in the garden - so thoughtful!

best villa we’ve stayed in so far!
Travelled with 2 other friends and honestly, we were blown away. Villa looks even better in person - that outdoor area is a dream. pool was a must in the heat, and we really loved the table tennis in the evenings. the bedroom upstairs being separate was cool, gave us a bit of space when needed. shoutout to the agency, they gave us early check-in since we arrived earlier than planned. super nice of them!

This place was unreal. the garden felt like a little jungle paradise, totally private and peaceful. pool was warm, clean, and that lil waterfall feature? super nice touch. me and my partner stayed here for a week and didn’t wanna leave. also thx to the concierge team - helped us with local food spots and even booked a massage for us at the villa. 10/10 would book again.
