Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Stayed here with kids and it was perfect! Heated pool and shallow section meant everyone was happy. Kitchen had everything we needed, and outdoor BBQ was a hit. Loved the quiet location but still close to the main attractions. Will return for sure!

Had a relaxed stay here, pool and sun terrace were total highlights. Loved sitting outside with breakfast and evening drinks. Bedrooms all comfy, fans helped a lot in the afternoon. Walking distance to shops and a short drive to beaches, perfect spot!

Perfect villa for a golf trip
Came with friends for a few days of golf nearby. Villa is super modern, very clean, and loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Pool was heated which was amazing at night. Concierge helped us plan some local trips too, very handy!

Heated pool heaven
Stayed here for a week and honestly loved it! Pool was perfect, terraces great for morning coffee, and bedrooms super comfy. Kids loved the shallow area in the pool. Everything was easy thanks to the agent who helped with check-in.
