Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The rental was perfect for our family. The pool and spacious interior were great for our group. The sea views added an extra layer of relaxation. It was a wonderful experience we'll treasure.

Better than expected, can't recommend enough!
Our family of 10 just returned from a week's stay at this villa and to say we were impressed is an understatement. We've stayed in many villas over the years and this easily falls into the top 3 favourites. A peaceful location but within easy reach of anything you need. Villa: Just as advertised, though there have been some updates since the photos were taken - better outdoor furniture and a new BBQ for example, adding to the style of the villa. Brilliant facilities, with enough entertainment to keep both adults and children entertained - some didn't even leave the villa for the whole week!. Book it - you won't be disappointed!
