Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
I celebrated my birthday here, it was more than 5 star. From the moment I made the enquiry it was so simple and easy to organise. When we arrived simon sorted our transfers from the airport and did a welcome shop for everything we needed to get us started for our party week. He met us on arrival and even poured our 1st drink for us. The villa itself was unbelievable, the pictures just don't do it justice. The pool is amazing, the Sono's sound system is perfect for partying and the bedrooms are all spacious with top class pillows and linens. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything and more, they have honestly thought of everything. We will definitely be back only next time For longer!

Perfect villa for an amazing hen party!
Stayed last weekend at this elegant home and it was AMAZING! There were 8 adults and plenty of room in the villa to accommodate us all and not at any point did we feel short of space! The housekeeper was great when we arrived, got us exactly what we needed and we just did one other shop when we were there. Easy walking distance to local shop, supermarket, bars etc. Would 100% stay again and for longer!

Great villa - lovely grounds
Hi just got back from 5 days in this villa. Well worth the visit! Lots of space, in the rooms, grounds and communal areas. Very clean and well thought out. The outdoor area is very spacious with a great pool and lots of loungers and tables and sitting areas. I would highly recommend the villa.
