Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Lovely house, everything was neat and tidy! good location in relation to Marbella and Malaga, Fuengirola 5 min by car. Nice terrace and large swimming pool with the sun until the end of the day! Very nice restaurant within walking distance very cheap and good food. Worth repeating.

Very nice house with every thing you need for a great holiday - we would love to come back Well located house. Nice and clean. Fantastic garden, pool and terrace. All you need. Convenient decor. Absolutely no problems with the landlord. They responded quickly to mails and sms and there were no problems with check in or out. They get our warmest recommendations :)

Great house!
We had a great holiday and would strongly recommend this holiday home. Good facilities, great pool with plenty of terraces sun and shadow, comfortable beds, very friendly owners, good communication, quiet area and well located. Great place for young and old to have an awesome holiday!
