Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Superb villa
We were so impressed when we arrived at this charming accommodation. Not only because of its stunning views, but how easy it was to wind down knowing everything was catered for. A free airport transfer and welcome pack was available for us. The villa is within easy reach of some lovely beaches, (mainly sandy) and tavernas where you can still eat at a very reasonable price. Or you can stay in and enjoy the lovely pool, have your meals delivered and watch the glorious sunset!

Relax next to the Mediterranean best
I stayed with my family in this lovely villa house only 5 mins walk away from the beach area in Fuengirola. The staff were very helpfull and kind. Since the beginning the communication was excellent, answering all our queries and questions. The facilities and amenities at the property are fantastic. Modern and spacious kitchen to make our days easier, new beds, comfy and fresh bed linens. The interior of the property is lovely, however anyone will agree that the real garden and the private pool is a lovely spot to spend the day relaxing and chilling up. We are already planning our next visit!

This spacious villa was our perfect coastal haven in Mijas Costa. The panoramic views down to the sea left us speechless.
