The master bedroom on the east side has a double bed with spectacular sea views, a dressing room, and a split en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. The west terrace is perfect for al fresco dining for 8, while the east terrace offers a cozy spot for tea or cocktails for 4. An upper hall terrace provides panoramic views of the complete bay.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Communication was quick and things can be done easily. The house responded to the description and was in excellent condition and very neat. We were a little cooler at the time and the heating worked well, there were imported gas heaters to support the air heat pumps.

Superb villa!
Clean beautiful villa with very comfortable beds. Superb with several terraces, shadow or sun. Clean pool and great sunbeds. Safe and close to everything. Adolfo super friendly and gave excellent service and paid attention to our needs during the entire stay. Small supermarket with walking distance but we drove to larger Mercandona. Beach 120m downhill ok to walk to eather beach in Mijas Pueblo or towards Fungierola. Villa and entire stay was superb! Gracias!
