Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We really enjoyed the villa. The open-plan living area and fully equipped kitchen made mornings and dinners easy. Kids spent hours on the halfpipe and in the pool, while adults relaxed on the sun loungers. Staff were attentive and check-in was quick. Minor note: the Balinese shower near the master bedroom sprays a bit wide, but adds charm..... was fixed next day!!! Recommend!!!

Relaxing escape with a twist
This villa exceeded expectations. Open-plan living and kitchen areas were great for group meals. Balinese-style showers added a fun touch. Kids and teens were thrilled with the halfpipe, while adults relaxed by the pool. Very responsive staff made check-in easy.

Morning views and calm vibes
We loved waking up to the volcano views. The villa is spacious and airy, with three en-suite bedrooms that were very comfortable. Kids had a blast on the halfpipe, and we enjoyed poolside breakfasts. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Minor note: sun loungers are in direct sun most of the day, so bring hats or umbrellas.
