Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The villa is a dream! Each room felt so private with its own bathroom, and we loved having the extra terraces. The pool was huge, and we had long mornings just relaxing there. The garden opens directly onto S'Argamassa beach, which was perfect. Modern interiors and a fully equipped kitchen made our stay easy. Walking distance to restaurants and Nikki Beach was super convenient. We felt pampered without feeling crowded. Definitely recommend for a relaxing Ibiza break.

Stylish and spacious
We stayed as a group of 10 and it was perfect. Bedrooms were comfy, the AC was a blessing, and the living areas were light and airy. The outdoor dining setup and barbecue were ideal for evening meals. Loved waking up to sea views every day. The location is quiet but close enough to shops and beach clubs. A top choice for anyone looking for a modern yet cozy villa in Santa Eulalia.

Perfect mix of chill and fun
First time in Ibiza and this villa made our trip! The pool was amazing, especially the saltwater part, very refreshing. We walked down to the beach from the garden which was so convenient. The villa is modern but feels homey, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Big shoutout to the agency for arranging airport transfer and tips for local spots. Would come back for sure!

Lovely villa for group holidays
We spent a week here celebrating a birthday. The villa is super spacious and each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is a lifesaver with a big group. Pool and garden areas are perfect for relaxing or having drinks in the evening. The agency arranged a welcome pack and even helped us book a local boat trip. Everything went smoothly and we felt really looked after.
