Set in a quiet urbanization, the villa is just 300 meters from the beach with a 17 km promenade featuring bars, restaurants, and water activities. The village center is only 700 meters away, with nearby sports facilities, beauty salons, golf courses, and the famous Puerto Banús just 1.5 km away.
The villa's interiors include two spacious lounges: one with leather sofas, a 42" flat-screen TV, satellite film system with over 500 films, DVD, and Netflix; the second lounge/library also has a 42" TV, film system, books, table games, pool table, and sofas. Both lounges are fully air-conditioned.
The large dining room features a glass table seating 14, with comfortable leather chairs and views of the garden, pool, playground, and pond. The fully renovated kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, two dishwashers, fridge, fridge-freezer, central island with stools, and all necessary cookware, cutlery, and appliances.
Outside, the villa offers a heated pool (8x4 m) with a telescopic cover for year-round use, sunbeds, a large chill-out bed, an outdoor porch with tables and chairs, a barbecue area for up to 10 guests, landscaped gardens, a pond with waterfall, and a children's playground with slide and swings. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Beach was a quick walk - literally 5 mins tops. Loved the area too, peaceful but easy to get around. We'll def be back next summer!

perfect mix of relax & fun
The villa had such a chill vibe, we ended up spending most evenings outside just lounging and enjoying the garden. The heated pool made even the cloudy days awesome. Bedrooms were sooo comfy, and each one was so unique! The concierge team was lovely and made check-in super smooth.

best fam holiday ever!!
So much space!! we were 12 ppl including kids and there was room for everyone. Kitchen had everything, even more than we expected - we cooked a lot and it felt like home. Kids loved the playground and we loved the chill-out spots. Also big thanks to the agent who helped us plan stuff around Marbella. Honestly 10/10 experience.
