Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The house offered stylish comfort during our stay. The open-plan living area, well-equipped kitchen, and private pool created a wonderful atmosphere. We appreciated the elegant design of the bedrooms, each with its en-suite bathroom. The rooftop terrace and hot tub were great for relaxation. Its proximity to Puerto Banus and the beach made it a fantastic choice for our vacation.

Sleek Retreat in Puerto Banus
Our stay at this elegant home was a sleek retreat in Puerto Banus. The open-plan living area was bright and comfortable, with large windows and doors. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus. The bedrooms were modern and cozy, with en-suite bathrooms. We spent lovely evenings on the rooftop terrace and enjoyed the hot tub. With the beach and Puerto Banus nearby, it was a perfect vacation spot.
