Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The property offered us elevated living on Marbella's beachside. The master suite's generous space and outdoor sun terrace provided stunning views of the pool and garden. The fully equipped kitchen, outdoor dining areas, and roof terrace with sea and mountain views added a touch of sophistication. A true retreat for those seeking a blend of modernity and comfort.

Totally recommend this villa!
We stayed in this beautiful villa for a week in the first week of October. We had a wonderful week at this luxury retreat. The location was great - a short walking distance to all interest area (bars, pubs, beach,supermarkets, restaurants, etc). The villa easily fits 14 people; the kitchen is well-equipped. What we really appreciated: the cleaning service by two friendly young women who came every day.

Perfect Holiday to Marbella!
We stayed at the the place in late September with a family. Large infinity pool. The villa is large enough to accomodate 7 families. It has all the ammenities you need to spend a relaxing time. We also used it as a base to explore the surroundings. All in all, a wonderful holiday.

Fantastic in all respects, the pix do not do justice to the whole place.
We were met by Rebecca to the airport who joined us to the villa. This holiday rental property was a great find. The house was well equipped, spotlessly clean and the swimming pool was amazing. The outdoor and indoor space was well maintained and the kitchen so well stocked with equipment/ crockery/cutlery that cooking in it was a pleasure! Great location. Totally recommend this place!!
