Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The house was our haven in the Andalusian sun. The villa's charm, spaciousness, and proximity to the beach made it a perfect escape. We enjoyed leisurely meals in the formal dining area and countless evenings on the covered patio. The main suite was a dream with its private patio and ocean views. The rooftop terrace was our go-to spot for stunning panoramas. The kids loved the pool, and we appreciated the gym and home cinema. A memorable family vacation indeed.

Our family of ten had a fantastic stay at the rental, just a stone's throw from the beach. The traditional Spanish-style villa provided a perfect blend of luxury and comfort.
