Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The villa is spotless and well-equipped with high-end appliances. The bedrooms are comfortable, and the en-suite bathroom in the master suite is a dream! The rooftop terrace was our favorite spot to unwind after exploring Marbella. Would definitely stay here again!

A Stylish & Comfortable Retreat
This villa was everything we hoped for and more. The open-plan design made it feel so airy, and the natural light was stunning. The private pool was perfect for cooling off, and we loved relaxing in the lush garden. The concierge service was excellent, helping us arrange airport transfers and local tours. A 5-star experience!

Perfect Beachside Escape!
Our family had an incredible stay at the rental! The location was fantastic-just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants. The villa itself was modern, spacious, and beautifully designed. We especially loved the rooftop terrace for evening drinks and the outdoor kitchen for barbecues. Highly recommended!
