Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.

Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The house was perfect for 12 people, there were a lot of activities like pool table, ping pong table, playstation, a football table, tv and so on. The kitchen and everything were well equipped and clean. The house is place 5 minutes walk from the beach and not far from grocery stores. The check in and out were very smooth and the staff was very sweet. Everything was perfect and we can only recommend this house to others.

The villa was absolutely amazing!
Swimmingpool in combination with lounge area, terras and outside kitchen were great! Avery family had his own private living... 2 rooms combined “double bedded room” with own bathroom.... service from our host was also more than great! Food was brought for an evening diner and breakfast, which was great since we arrived late saturday! On out leave we even got a small extention (10.00-13.00) since the next guests came in a little later, and we could even leave our luggage until 16.00.... i can really recommend this villa and will certainly revisit

Everything perfect for a great holiday
We had an excellent holiday. The house was wonderful, in a great location, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. San Pedro is a lovely area, and the service from host was first rate. I'd definitely recommend this property to anyone
