This villa accommodates eight guests in four spacious bedrooms. The master suite features a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and private rooftop terrace with sun loungers and a dining area. Two double bedrooms on the lower level have independent access to the pool, each with queen-sized beds, one with an en-suite and the other with a separate bathroom. The fourth bedroom is located in a separate building at ground level with a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom, accessed via private doors or sliding glass doors leading to the pool and chill-out spaces. All bedrooms are equipped with built-in cupboards and optimized for sea views.
Interior living areas include a bright, airy lounge with a fireplace, flat-screen satellite TV, DVD Blu-ray, and a music system with iPod connectivity. The dining area features a solid wood table for 6 to 8 people. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge freezer, 4-ring ceramic hob, wall oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, toaster, and juicer, with direct outdoor access for convenient dining.
Outdoors, the villa is set on a 2,450 m² plot accessed via electric gates, offering privacy and security. The property features an 8 x 6-meter infinity pool surrounded by sun loungers, two dedicated chill-out areas, and a covered terrace with a dining table for ten and a built-in barbecue. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This was our second time booking with the agency, and once again, they did not disappoint. This retreat is an absolute gem! From the seamless booking process to the amazing concierge services, everything was taken care of. The villa is truly beautiful, with panoramic sea views and stunning outdoor spaces. The pool is huge, and we spent so much time enjoying it. It was the perfect spot for our holiday in Ibiza.

Dream holiday in Ibiza!
What an amazing villa! We had such a relaxing stay here. The infinity pool and chill-out areas are perfect for unwinding. The bedrooms were spacious, with gorgeous views. The outdoor dining area was ideal for our group to enjoy meals together. The beach is just a short drive away, and we were so impressed with the service. The agency helped arrange everything, including a private boat tour, which was unforgettable.

Breathtaking views & design!
I was blown away by a home away from home! The sea views from every room are incredible, especially at sunset. We spent every evening on the terrace, enjoying the breathtaking scenery. The villa is modern, yet so cozy. Loved the minimalist design and high-end fixtures. The location was perfect-quiet and private but still close to everything we wanted to do in Ibiza. Highly recommend!

Superb facility for families and large groups

Perfect retreat - stunning
This is the perfect retreat for families and/or couples/groups who want to escape the rush and enjoy peaceful and tranquil Ibiza with breathtaking views. All rooms of a good standard and the villa was very spacious for 8 of us. Lovely pool for the kids too.
