Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Luxury with amazing service
This villa exceeded all our expectations. The location is perfect - just a short drive from both Cala Bassa and Cala Conte. The pool was gorgeous, and we spent so much time just relaxing in the outdoor areas. The team at the agency was super helpful, especially with our pre-arrival needs. They helped arrange private transfers, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The house was spotless, the kitchen was a dream, and we even got a nice welcome pack. 10/10 experience.

Perfect family getaway
Our family had an unforgettable time at this getaway! The villa is massive, and it felt like home right away. The bedrooms were super spacious, and the bathrooms were like mini-spas. The kids loved the pool, and the adults appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. We were close to Cala Bassa, which was amazing for a day out. Stunning villa!!! Wow factor!!
We stayed at this getaway for a week and it was simply amazing. The sea views were out of this world, especially at sunset! The villa itself was huge and so comfortable. We had 7 people in our group and never felt cramped. The pool was perfect, especially with the option to heat it, and the outdoor area was great for lounging around. We even had a private chef arrange a couple of meals, and they were fantastic. Big shoutout to the agency for making everything super easy from booking to recommendations for local spots!

Absolutely perfect
We stayed in this villa as a family of 12 adults, a seven year old and a 15 month old. This villa was beautiful, and everything was perfect with the villa. The staff were quick to respond to any concern or requests. The villa was very clean and in a very good location. A short walk from town but also quite remote and peaceful. Our intention is to return back to the villa in the near future.

Stunning villa
If you are looking for something a bit different from a normal beach holiday choose this holiday spot. The private chef was excellent...and the boat trip amazing!! The villa was exceptionally clean and well kept with immaculate grounds and swimming pool and not mentioned in a stunning location. This villa provides the ideal location for a luxury Ibiza holiday.

What a wonderful place!!
Alba was a great host, lovely and very responsive. She provided a very well thought-through guide to the villa and Ibiza. The villa was stunning (much better than the photos), and the area was perfect for what we were looking for, quiet, great sunsets, close to the beach and it had some really lovely restaurants close by, although most of the time we had no reason to leave the villa! We enjoyed every minute of our stay and can't wait to go back again.
