The villa was built in 2012 and combines contemporary design with minimalist elegance. Interiors are bright and spacious, featuring modern furnishings and high-quality finishes. The ground floor comprises a king-size bedroom with air conditioning, a queen-size bedroom with en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom, a family bathroom with shower, and a games room. The first floor features a lounge with air conditioning, satellite TV, and an audio system with iPod dock, as well as a dining area with seating for 10, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and coffee machine. A king-size bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with hydro massage shower complete the first floor.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Zen-Like Retreat
Our stay at the place was a true retreat. Tucked away on a hill in Cala Tarida, the villa offers a zen-like ambience, perfect for relaxation.
