Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We had such a fantastic time at this home. The villa is absolutely gorgeous, with spacious bedrooms and a huge living area. The location is perfect - peaceful but close to the best beaches and beach clubs. We had a smooth booking experience, and the concierge helped with every detail, from transport to dining suggestions. This was hands down one of the best places we've stayed at. This villa is modern, clean, and has everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms were huge, each with its own sea-view terrace. We spent most of our time at the pool, enjoying the sunsets over Es Vedra. Special thanks to the agency for arranging everything and making our stay so smooth - transfers, activities, and even dinner bookings were a breeze!

This house is truly amazing!
We were a group of 14 people, spending a summer week in this home in the end of August. This house is amazing, has everything you need and the location is simply breathtaking. If you are still reflecting whether you should or should not book this house - book it, you won't regret. We would love come back again asap! Also, Alba was great communicating with and the housekeeper was waiting for us at the house when we arrived and was very responsive at any time.

Fabulous And Relaxing!!!
This getaway is stunning, the pictures don't do it justice. Everything about it was wonderful, the space, pool, the terrace, the views. I couldn't have asked for a better group holiday. We arrived later than we had anticipated and Alba was understanding and kind. Free airport transfer was available. We hired a yacht one day....was a special day.. We couldn't have been happier. I highly recommend.

Amazing villa
Best service booking. It was very pleasing to deal with them. Without a doubt the best part of the home is the view, especially from the pool area. WOW. All interest points are near by (beaches in Cala Conta, Cala Bassa and Cala Tarida, all of which have a great selection of beach restaurants such as the trendy Cotton Club or Cala Bassa Beach Club). The villa was also very clean and well equipped with modern furniture. We definitely recommendable place to stay.
