This newly built white-styled villa enjoys long, uninterrupted views over the Mediterranean and the island of S'Epartar. Set in a rural and serene location, the villa ensures complete tranquillity while remaining within easy reach of southwest Ibiza's beaches and local attractions. Finished to a very high standard, the villa's interiors feature colourful, high-quality décor, an Italian kitchen with modern appliances, and homely touches throughout. Each of the four en-suite bedrooms includes a spacious walk-in wardrobe, air conditioning, and elegantly appointed bathrooms.
The property is secure with electric gates and a fully fenced perimeter, and it is child-friendly with expansive lawn areas for young families. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
My husband and I stayed here for a relaxing getaway, and it was absolutely perfect. The villa is so beautifully designed, and the sea views are amazing. It’s super peaceful and private, and the location is great - close to some beautiful beaches like Cala Moli. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the pool area was just fantastic. The agency did an excellent job helping us organize everything. Highly recommend a home away from home for a serene, luxurious holiday.

A week of bliss in Ibiza
We spent a week at this villa, and it was an absolute dream! The villa is stunning and so well-equipped. The open-plan living area was perfect for our group to hang out and relax, and the outdoor space with the pool was just ideal for enjoying the sun. We even had a private chef come in for a special dinner, and it was incredible. The whole booking process was super easy and stress-free. This place is perfect for anyone looking to escape and relax in luxury.

Truly paradise!
This luxury retreat is one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed in. The views are just breathtaking, especially at sunset. We were a group of 4 friends, and the villa was spacious enough for everyone to have their own space. The infinity pool was perfect for lazy afternoons. The concierge service was amazing - they arranged a private tour to Es Vedrà that was unforgettable! We felt so relaxed and pampered. Will definitely be back next year.

Perfect family getaway!
We had such an amazing week at this luxury retreat! The house is beautiful, spacious, and perfect for a family vacation. Our kids loved the infinity pool and the large garden area to play in, while we enjoyed the peaceful, tranquil surroundings. The master bedroom was a dream with incredible sea views! very special memories
We stayed at this villa with another two family and had a wonderful stay! Beautiful villa with a pool and gorgeous view! The staff were super friendly and helpful! Welcoming gifts included a fruit basket, a bottle of their own olive oil, wine, biscuits, olive, cake. Kitchen had just about anything you would need to prepare a meal and the grill was great. This had to be one of the best spring break trips we have ever taken, couldn't have asked for more.

Beautiful setting for a large family
What a great place! We stayed here as a large family, 8 of us in all, for a week and it was absolutely wonderful. A free airport transfer and welcome pack was available for all of us....great service. We're not sure the current images do the villa justice. It really is perfect for those with kids. Very well equipped villa...highly recommend!!.
