Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We came to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and everything was PERFECT. The team even helped us arrange a private chef for a special dinner, and the food was insane. Loved the open-plan living room - so much natural light! The master bedroom was pure luxury with the hammam. The whole experience felt seamless, from check-in to check-out. Massive thanks to the concierge for making our stay extra special!

Pure Paradise!
This villa is something else! The views are unreal, and you can just feel the Ibiza vibes everywhere. We were a group of 14, and there was more than enough space for everyone. The private gym was a nice bonus, and the gardens made it feel like a little oasis. Also, Cala Tarida is just a short drive away - the beach is stunning! Highly recommend the stay if you want a mix of luxury and relaxation.

Wow Factor!! Just Incredible!
Stayed here for a week with family & friends, and wow… just wow! The sunsets were out of this world, and having direct access to the sea was such a unique touch. The infinity pool was the perfect place to chill with a cocktail. Loved the hammam & jacuzzi too! Everything was spotless, the beds were super comfy, and the place was HUGE. Special shoutout to the agency for making booking so easy - they even helped us rent a boat for a day. Already planning our next trip!

Luxury and Relaxation
This stylish property exceeded our expectations. The open-plan living area was ideal for our group of 16, and the views from the terrace were out of this world. We loved the hammam and the well-equipped kitchen. The villa's direct access to the sea made it even more special. Cala Tarida and San Josep are just a short drive away, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. Can't wait to return to this piece of paradise.

Amazing Ibiza villa
Just returned from an amazing villa in Ibiza - the stay. The villa is stunning in so many ways, there is so much space, incredible views of sea and Cala Moli coast. The villa is very luxurious in every sense.The staff were so helpful and can't do enough for you, this made every step of our trip hassle free and very relaxed. We have stayed at another villa of theirs before which was fantastic but the stay managed to exceed all our expectations even further - we now wouldn't use anybody else to book in Ibiza. Will definitely return.

Perfect villa for a leisurely, comfortable holiday
My wife and I absolutely loved the villa, a great holiday for all group of 16 people. The villa is perfect and very clean and beautifully maintained. I would recommend this place without hesitation to anybody who wishes to visit Ibiza for a great holiday, especially if, like us, they prefer the sea and these amazing Ibiza views. Fantastic holiday
We stayed at this cozy place for one week in May with 14 persons. We had an amazing week in this fantastic villa. The service was excellent, the villa and the view were absolutely beautiful. The hygiene was great, the villa is even anti allergic. Luxury!!!
