Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Best place we’ve ever rented for a celebration trip in lanzarote
We booked the villa for a 25-person birthday trip and it turned out better than anything we hoped for. The agency helped us arrange an early check-in and even sorted a private chef for one of the nights, which honestly made the dinner feel super special. The villa itself was massive-so many places to sit, relax, or sneak off with a book. The heated pool was the heart of everything, and the kids lived in it from morning till evening. We also loved the hot tub at night, just listening to the wind in the garden palms. Having supermarkets and a couple of restaurants a short walk away in Macher made everything easy. A place we’d book again without thinking twice.

A fantastic week with friends
We booked this villa for a week away with a big group of friends (there were 18 of us) and honestly it fit us perfectly. The bedrooms being all en-suite made a huge difference-no queues, no fuss. Days drifted between the heated pool, the putting green, then pool tables in the games room. The gardens were beautiful at sunset and we did a couple of dinners in the sunken BBQ area. Loved being so close to Puerto Calero for a change of scenery and a nice meal out.

A peaceful place for our big family trip
We stayed here as a big mixed family group and honestly loved how easy everything felt. The gardens were huge and the kids ran around nonstop while the rest of us chilled by that long heated pool. Evenings were the best, sitting by the BBQ area and watching the sky turn orange over the ocean. Such a calm spot in Macher.

We loved the combination of indoor games, exercise room, and outdoor pool. Plenty of space for all 22 of us. Booking process was smooth and staff attentive.
