Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
If you love golf AND luxury, this is the place to be! The Salobre Golf Resort is stunning, and having a villa right here was amazing. Played golf in the morning, chilled by the pool in the afternoon, and had dinner at some incredible restaurants nearby. Maspalomas is just a short drive away, so there’s always something to do. 10/10 stay!!

Amazing villa, great service!
We stayed here for a week with friends, and everything was just perfect. The villa is modern, super spacious, and had everything we needed. The master bedroom’s private balcony was such a nice place to relax in the morning. Also, huge thanks to the team for organizing a private airport transfer-it made everything so smooth. Can’t wait to book again!

Luxury & relaxation in one place!
This retreat is just WOW!! The heated pool was a game-changer, especially in the evenings, and the terrace gardens were absolutely stunning. The whole place felt super private and peaceful. Loved the fresh bread delivery service every morning-such a nice touch! We’ll def be back!!

Lovely villa in a wonderful location
Just back from a great holiday. The villa had everything we could wish for and was much larger than I thought. The swimming pool was lovely and large enough for a proper swim and the sunbeds meant we spent a lot of time around by the pool. The villa was clean and well maintained and a joy to stay in and we would recommended it to family and friends and we have already booked for next year.

Lovely very comfortable villa
We enjoyed a wonderful week at this fabulous villa in mid-October. The villa is every bit as luxurious and contemporary as the description.the villa contains all the facilities a family needs; plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms, clean comfortable beds, well equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, huge flat-screen television, loads of storage in the bedrooms. Outside there's a pool and lovely grassy sun-terrace, also hidden around the back of the villa there's a storage area with a Weber BBQ.
