A separate WC adds convenience.
Upstairs, two twin bedrooms each feature a private balcony and air conditioning, sharing a spacious shower room with double basins, bidet, and toilet. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Stayed at this spacious villa with a couple of friends and we had the best time! The villa is stunning - so much space, with everything you need to feel at home. The pool was a big hit, and we spent hours just chilling by it. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and there were lots of activities nearby. We tried the golf course, which was amazing, and the beach was just a short drive away. Big thanks to the team for the smooth booking process and making sure we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back soon!

A Luxurious Escape in Gran Canaria
I just returned from a fantastic week at this elegant home, and I couldn't be more impressed! The villa has such a chic, contemporary style, and the layout is perfect for a family or group. The private pool was a dream, and I loved waking up to the gorgeous views of the Salobre Golf Course every morning. We even had a chance to play golf, which was just steps away from the villa. The nearby Maspalomas beach was the cherry on top! And I have to say, the concierge team was amazing-made everything super easy, from booking our airport transfers to recommending the best restaurants. Highly recommend this place!

Perfect Relaxation Spot
This villa was exactly what we needed! A perfect combination of relaxation and luxury. The pool was fantastic, and we loved being able to dip in after a long day of exploring. The villa is really well-equipped - everything you need for a stress-free holiday. The location was great too; we could easily get to the beach, plus the golf course was just there! Big shout out to the concierge for arranging everything so smoothly. Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing villa with Stunning Views
Just spent a week at the property, and WOW, what a place! The villa itself is beautiful - very modern and clean, and the views over the golf course were breathtaking. We especially loved the private heated pool! It was so relaxing to just lounge by the pool and soak up the sun. The villa was super comfortable, and the daily delivery of fresh bread was a nice touch. We had a great time exploring Maspalomas beach and the nearby shops. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful getaway!

Great location and spacious villa
Villa itself is pretty spacious and well fitted out with TVs + DVD player. Reasonably high-speed Wi-Fi was offered for free. The villa is extremely well-located.
