Spread over two floors, the accommodation features three comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms. The first floor includes a bedroom with two single beds, another bedroom with two single beds and terrace access, and a bathroom with a shower. The ground floor houses a double bedroom with en-suite shower, a spacious living room with dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, offering all the comforts for a relaxing stay.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Had an amazing time here! The house is modern and stylish, plus the beds were soooo comfy. The terrace was our favorite spot, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Def coming back!!

Loved every second of it!!!
This villa was exactly what we needed - quiet, beautiful, and fully equipped! The heated pool was such a treat, especially in the evenings. Bedrooms were spacious, and having 3 bathrooms was a huge plus. Also, the concierge team was super helpful, giving us great tips on restaurants and activities. We even got a welcome pack with snacks & drinks, which was a nice touch!! Would 100% recommend.

Perfect getaway for golf & beach lovers
Stayed here for a week with my family, and we all loved it! The villa is spacious, with comfy beds and a great outdoor area. The golf course nearby was top-notch, and Maspalomas beach was just a short drive away. Oh, and big thanks to the agency for making everything super easy - from booking to check-in, everything was smooth!!

Stunning villa!!! Wow factor!!
Honestly, this place was a dream!! ???? The heated pool was amazing, we spent sooo much time just chilling in the sun. The villa is modern, clean, and super comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the garden was perfect for morning coffee. 10/10, would def book again!!!

wonderful villa!!
A wonderful villa with everything you need during your vacation. We have been coming to Salobre Golf villas for about 4 years now and try a new villa each time. They are all wonderful! Highly recommended. The customer service is also excellent and always very helpful. We had a small issue with the internet not working and it was reset immediately.
