The main villa comprises a bedroom with a 1.80 x 2.00 m double bed, dressing room, and smart TV; a bedroom with a 1.50 x 2.00 m double bed and en suite shower; a bedroom with two 0.90 x 2.00 m single beds and en suite shower; a bedroom with two 1.90 x 0.90 m bunk beds and dressing room; an additional bathroom with shower; dining area with table for 14 people; and a living room with a sofa bed for two and smart TV.
The fully equipped kitchen has large windows overlooking the landscape, a dishwasher, kitchen utensils, dining table, and bar, with direct access to the terrace and pool area.
Two private cabins on the upper level, with independent access, feature terraces, deck chairs, outdoor dining tables, bathrooms with private showers, smart TVs, and air conditioning. One cabin includes a double bed of 1.50 x 2.00 m, while the other has two single beds of 0.90 x 2.00 m. Beds are of the highest quality for optimal rest. Cots and high chairs are available upon request.
All smart TVs include Movistar Plus, international channels, and internet. Air conditioning is available in almost all rooms. Pool and garden maintenance is provided during your stay. The house comes equipped with essentials for the first days, including bedding, shower, and beach towels. The property is located 15 minutes from Maspalomas Beach, offering tranquility while remaining within easy reach of the coastal attractions.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Came here with a mix of adults and teenagers and the place honestly suited everyone. I liked that the main house had plenty of room while the two upper cabins gave extra privacy for a couple of us who wake up early. Most mornings started with coffee overlooking the hills through those giant kitchen windows, then we split off-some used the tennis court, others relaxed by the pool. The kids ran between the play zone and the grass area nonstop. One evening we used the BBQ and ended up staying outside for hours. Booking was straightforward and the welcome setup with towels and essentials made arrival stress-free. The whole stay felt calm and easy, exactly what we wanted.

Perfect setup for a big family get-together
We chose this villa because we needed plenty of sleeping space and activities for everyone, and it definitely delivered. The kids loved having their own bunk room and the older ones were obsessed with the little football area. Mornings were slow around the heated pool, afternoons usually meant some ping pong tournaments. The huge dining table inside made dinners simple, even when all 14 of us sat together. The staff who handled the pool and garden were friendly and quick to help when we had questions about the area, especially beaches and where to eat.

Great spot for a chilled holiday
A few of us booked the villa for a week and it worked out way better than expected. The cabins on the upper level were a nice surprise, super private and comfy. We used the tennis court almost daily and the outdoor BBQ became our place for long dinners. Also appreciated how clean everything was kept during the stay. Really easy to get to Maspalomas from here too.

Loved every bit of this place
Stayed here with family and honestly the space was perfect for us all. Kids were all over the play area and the pool became our little hangout every morning. Loved having a big kitchen with huge windows… breakfast felt like a treat every day. Quiet area too, which we really needed.
