Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We had an incredible time at this holiday spot! The villa is spacious, modern, and comfortable, with everything we needed. The master bedroom is a dream, and the living area is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The private pool and hot tub are perfect for unwinding, and the location is ideal-close enough to beaches and restaurants but still peaceful and private.

Ideal getaway for relaxation and adventure
A home away from home truly exceeded our expectations. The open-plan living area and the seamless flow to the terrace made it feel like an extension of the outdoors. We spent most of our time lounging by the heated pool, and the views were incredible. The villa’s proximity to Maspalomas Beach and local attractions like the Yumbo Centre made it easy to explore, but we still felt secluded in our own oasis. Highly recommend for anyone looking for both relaxation and adventure!

Perfect luxury retreat in Gran Canaria
Our family had the best vacation at this holiday spot! The villa is beautifully designed, with spacious rooms, air conditioning, and modern amenities. The pool area is fantastic-perfect for morning swims and sunset views. We loved the covered terrace for evening meals and used the BBQ often. The location in Salobre Golf Resort is peaceful, but everything we wanted to do, like visiting Aqualand Maspalomas, was just a short drive away. A perfect retreat!

A dream vacation!
The accommodation is a hidden gem in Gran Canaria. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with how modern and well-maintained the villa is. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom was wonderful, and we loved spending evenings in the hot tub.
