Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We spent a wonderful week in this villa. This house is very well equipped and extremely comfortable and very quiet. The view from this property over Puerto de la Cruz and the sea is amazing. The owner was very helpful and very kind. Good restaurants in Santa Ursula. I would highly recommend this villa.

All you could want and views too
I stayed here with friends for our annual girls holiday, the villa was all we could have hoped for. Good sized bedrooms, all ensuite (important when getting ready for a night out) and with plenty wardrobe space. The rest of the inside of the villa is clean light and well furnished. The large fridge and spare drinks fridge in the laundry came in really handy for the pre night out cocktails. Outside with proper, lie flat sun loungers, drinks table, dining area, awnings for shade and a beautiful heated pool was just fantastic and with views to the hills and the sea, what more could you ask for.

Exceptional stay - very recommendable!!!
Have just spent an amazing week at this beautiful villa. It is simply stunning. A free welcome pack was available and this was much appreciated due to our late arrival. The villa itself was spotless and had everything you would need for 10 adults. Would definitely come back to this villa!

The villa is spectacular!
It is located in a dead end street on top of the cliffs to the ocean. We were a group of 8 adults and had a lot of place for everybody. The villa is really big. At least we stayed most time at the villa to enjoy the nice pool an the stunning views and we did not make the half of the tours we wanted to. Also the agent gave us good tips for restaurants nearby and leasure activities. Many thanks to everybody for the kind and helpful service.
