The accommodation spans multiple levels and features four well-appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower room, as well as a small living room with TV and access to a terrace showcasing panoramic sea views. Another bedroom on this level includes a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The ground floor houses two further bedrooms-both with double beds, one with an en-suite shower room-and an additional bathroom with a bathtub. A comfortable living room opens onto the terrace, and a spacious dining room adjoins the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a dining table and all necessary appliances for convenient meal preparation.
Modern amenities include hairdryer, alarm system, vacuum cleaner, towels, bed linen, a baby bed and high chair, safe, iron with ironing board, satellite TV, music system with CD player and radio, and Wi-Fi internet access. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, fridge with freezer, and toaster.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Lovely villa, set in a quiet part of the area, but close enough to the facilities. Pool to 'die for', we used it every day. Very good communications with the host. We had 7 very enjoyable days resting in beautiful sunshine. Thank you Mirabel. WE WILL BE BACK!

Wonderful villa
My family and our friends stay in villas every year for our annual holiday and this year we were extremely pleased with this villa we found.
It's spacious, clean, well maintained, safe and beautifully decorated. With 4 children who love the pool and 4 adults who love sun bathing, the pool and outside area had to be able to meet our needs and this villa did just that. Plenty of sun beds, chairs and tables for lounging around or eating outside. The pool table and tennis table were a bonus but we didn't use them much.
All rooms had en suite which is also a thumbs up for us. I would certainly recommend staying in this villa. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Beautiful and comfortable villa - thoroughly recommended.
The villa itself was a real home away from home - clean and well maintained facilities in the kitchen and bathrooms and very comfortable furniture in the lounge and master bedroom. We spent much of our time in the pool and chillout area. Nice view from balcony and terrace.
